I run a report of all active memberships on a monthly basis and make a
direct payroll adjustment. We just told our guys that the recurring pay
on those would come after the month cleared and we made sure all the

What if the job summary field is already prepopulated by default on the
job type? Will the make summary required ensure the agent adds
additional notes on their own besides what the system prepopulates? Love

If that is a case, you can run a jobs report and look at jobs scheduled
in the future (or also jobs where the status isnt completed) and see
ones that have an open balance that is different than the total. That
would help you isolate future scheduled...
