We've spent months troubleshooting various issues in our QB Desktop file & their support has finally told us we have to create a new company file.
Has anyone else been through this process and have any advice? It's definitely daunting.
I am thinking that we don't need to rebuild our item & customer lists in QB, since ServiceTitan can create those when we export batches.

We had the same issues. Creating a new QBs file will allow all batching to go through with no problems. It creates a cleaner path for the information to flow. You must be careful with your previous QB and batches. It will not send that information to the new QBs because it was batched. You will have to start going forward with the new QBs and clear out old stuff.
