Adding saved Credit Card information in ST is not a historical item that shows anywhere as to when and whom saved the information when taking a payment? I have contacted support and they said they do not have the information saved.

This could have potentially financial and legal issues. Has anyone found where this information might be stored?

I think it would be really nice to be able to edit the text in the email that is sent to customers when they sign an estimate! Currently this is hard-coded for all Service Titan customers, and says that a team member will reach out to the customer soon.

How to access finance charges

We took a payment by mobile deposit but it has not come out of customers bank yet so I called our bank and they show a different bank then what's on the check why would this be? And whos bank did this come out of??

Is there any way we can auto generate purchase order what's in the material section in estimate? Currently, I am having to manually copy and paste all materials listed in estimate in order to create purchase order and it is time consuming. Thanks

Why are estimate numbers not displayed on the customer screen? If I have a customer who approves one of several quotes, there is no way for me to really know by the estimate number they see on their printed copy.
