Service Titan, please allow us to delete projects. We have projects that were created accidentally and sitting on the customer account. It would be so much cleaner if you allowed us to delete them. Thanks.

I am having some back lash regarding the amount of time you give technicians in the morning before their first call as PAID TIME. We can set this time in each technicians payroll settings. TIA

Is there trigger that would make Service Titan automatically email an invoice when the job is completed ?

It would be great if Service Titan had the capability to alert us when a job has been on hold for a number of days.

An example: Call has been on hold, waiting for a part. After a time period of 2 days we'd like something to alert the dispatcher that this call needs their attention so it doesn't get forgotten.

I have set up the daily deposit report in order to keep track of payments made, but the everyday the daily deposit is "0". I have it set for all and for daily. Could you tell me why it is just giving o deposit.
