Purchase orders

Since the last update I can't tab through the fields in a purchase order. I place so many orders each day and this is so inefficient.

After this last update I have a new line in my select a Batch tab called View Posted Batches. These are all OLD batches that have been exported and I'm trying to figure out WTH

Is there a way to edit the statement categories or layout? It would be nice to clean this up and be able to use it more.

I have a customer that says we charged her 2 times on her cc and she sent me the statement. I dont see anywhere on her account that we did. Can you help me find it so i can refund and unapplied payment

Can anyone please tell me where I would find things such as how to enter and receive a purchase order? Or how to reconcile credit card statements. Basic Admin duties. Mostly everything I see is for call center or doing a tech call but nothing for Admin.

Is it just me or is the new update for accounting to access batches completely awful? It is so much more confusing .

Is there anyway to email payment receipts to customers as opposed to having to send the invoice with a $0.00 balance?
