Non-Taxable Customers

I am noticing that recently many customers are being marked non-taxable on our end. I have not found a pattern to this. Any ideas?

@kwilson00152 I haven't noticed a trend in our system but you can build a report to locate the customers with non-tax status and get them switch back over to taxable in the meantime.
