We have found that during reconciliation between Service Titan & Intacct Sage, our accounting software. The Two Invoice numbers do not match. We have been advised by Both Intacct & Bakertilly that this is due in part to the integration that Service Titan Owns. They send the Invoice number over as a reference number, instead of applying the same invoice number across all platforms so they match and they are in sync.
