Statement Issue

We have multiple business units in our account that share customers. We have an issue with our statements only showing one business unit logo and remit to name when there are open invoices from multiple business units. It is really confusing to the customer to see a total balance and not understand they are coming from more than one business. This also poses an issue for the customer sending in one large payment made out to the business unit on the statement when their payment should be separated by the business unit names as they have separate business checking accounts. This is a really big issue for us as we have 9 brands under our umbrella and plan on cross-marketing so our goal is to have all our customers shared across BUs in Service Titan. If we can't get this statement issue resolved that is going to cause us a lot of issues with payments posting to the wrong bank accounts and customers being very confused about their statement charges. PLEASE HELP!

We need to be able to print statements based on business units also. We have more than one company that runs through our service titan so we have separated the two companies based on the business units. We need to send two statements one from each company.

Roman, it would be nice to be able to control the Statement and Invoice documents better.  Our Remittance is not our Business Unit Address, which is different than the invoice.  When you print the Invoice its correct, but when you print the Statement, its not correct.  More document control would be nice.

Yes more document control especially when dealing with business units.

Hello @aklemme,

Statements display the logo and information of the invoice which is on the very top of the statement. At the moment statement cannot have multiple business unit logos on them. One of the alternative options would be to send the invoices individually.

The problem is we have many commercial customers that request statements and do not want us to send multiple individual invoices so that's not the best option for us unfortunately.

Multiple invoices is not a good option for us either - we need separate statements to be determined by business units.
