My manager was trying to close some tickets and dispatched a tech. She then manually changed the day of the dispatch and added an arrival and ending manually without changing the date. That added 12 days to the ticket. Then she completed the job without ever arriving the tech and it then canceled the tech. I tried to fix the time manually but it didn't fix those extra 12 hours that got attached to the job and the GM is -400%.
Is there a way to fix this issue?
