Purchase orders Since the last update I can't tab through the fields in a purchase order. I place so many orders each day and this is so inefficient.
After this last update I have a new line in my select a Batch tab called View Posted Batches. These are all OLD batches that have been exported and I'm trying to figure out WTH
Is there a way to edit the statement categories or layout? It would be nice to clean this up and be able to use it more.
I have a customer that says we charged her 2 times on her cc and she sent me the statement. I dont see anywhere on her account that we did. Can you help me find it so i can refund and unapplied payment

What can we do about the web appointment scheduler assigning a specific BU to a request for service? IE Having someone book an appointment for a PM service when we don't have a PM tech available for the time frame a client is requesting.
Hi! Looking for others that BILL FROM THE OFFICE SIDE! Our techs do not add charges to invoices or collect payment on the job bc we are mainly new construction. How do you tell your techs to "complete" appointments so you can keep track of which to bill?
