Web Connector Update Issue

I randomly get a pop up that tells me there is an update for the Web Connector for Quickbooks Desktop.  I click "yes" to install it and it seems to update and restart the connector and then the pop up just randomly comes back again.  I don't think it's actually updating and it's just going in circles.  I have not noticed any issues exporting or anything.  Is this a known issue?

I'm so glad I came across this thread.  We have been having the same issue,  I'm going to see if I can get it fixed.  Thanks.

I saw on Facebook, on ST Masterminds, that someone else uninstalled the connector and reinstalled it, that it updated it. We did that yesterday and the pop up has not shown back up since then. Fingers crossed.

I will give that a try!  And I'm also going to seek out that Masterminds group on Facebook, thank you!!
