Conditional Logic in Forms is now available! This new feature allows you to use “if-then” logic in your Forms to save time building Forms in the Office and save time filling out Forms in the field. With Conditional Logic, only relevant questions will show up for your Technicians when they’re on their jobs. Gone are the days of useless questions to scroll through in the field!

Forms are one of my favorite features in general and now with conditional logic 🤯🙌🏼

We use the Tech Debrief form. Current logic used is When "Closeout" Button is Tapped, it will prompt the form. Conditions for Follow up needed are assigned in the form. No allows the tech to complete the job. Yes will prompt other questions about what follow up is needed. We also have one that will apply tag to notify that the form was completed. Once the form is completed and the job is done, it will email a Completed Form Alert to the appropriate parties, that include a link to the job and another for the form.

I am curious about the Conditional logic- "In future releases, we will expand the list of actions supported to include actions such as adding a tag to a job, or adding a task for an office user using task management." Is this available now? and if it is, how do you set this logic rule?
