My company is finding the "Arrival Window" and "End Window" an absolute nuisance... It is taking twice as long to book a job, and that is only if it does not kick you back stating you did not enter it (even if you did). We wish they would make this feature "Optional" because it is defiantly NOT working for us...

Hi @pdoran! Have you reached out to your Customer Success Manager? They should be able to turn this configuration off for your account!

Hi @pdoran Please check your arrival window configurations. There is an option to make the job time start be the same as the beginning of the arrival window. This will automatically put the job start time at the same time as the arrival window start time. If your job types have correct durations, arrival windows should streamline the call booking process.
