Do you have the new homeowner under an account yet? If so, just change the bill to on the location to the new homeowner. Otherwise, what I do, is change the name on the location that isn't theirs anymore to "Sold" or "Moved" and remove the phone number and email address from the location. Then whoever calls in work for it next time, we would update it then.
