I would like to see a way to create an alert when a technician fills out the Wrap Up message to the team. Since we are not always watching the messages on the dispatch board, having the wrap up alert sent via SMS would make it easier to follow work flow.
I just created this as an idea in the community, we need this desperately for our company. If you go to the ideas section and search and vote for it they may create this.
