Does anyone have a set spiel that they have their dispatchers use to offer to put a customers credit card on file?

Also to ask how the customer will be paying before the tech goes to site?

thanks!

Hi Amber,

The company I work for requires customer to put a CC on file to hold the appointment slot. We advise the customer it will only be charged if there is still a balance after 30 days from invoice being sent. This also lends the conversation of how payment will be handled going forward should they decide to use a different payment method.

We require a card on file and 50% down for all installs.  We have wanted to move forward with having a card on file for all services.  I 💓 Janelle's solution.  I think this is great.  I will be sharing this with my managers.
