There is a blue dot that appears on the dispatch board on some calls, next to the time clock. It is only on certain calls on the island (a small town), and it's not on all the island calls, just some of them. What does this blue dot mean?

Thank you. We figured it out. Our previous CSR was setting them up, but never finished, so it was very confusing.

I think that is the color code dot representing what "zone" the call is located in. If you don't have a zone created in settings for the location where the call is, it wouldn't have a dot.
