Good morning! Is there a way to search TGL (Tech Generated Leads) by the name of the specific technician?

If you go to reports, create a report, Type: Technician, Template: Jobs, under the "other available columns" there is "Lead Generated By". 
I believe this will achieve what you're looking for, but there is probably a sales report that does it better.

I was thinking about using tag (TGL), run a report by technician.
