Good afternoon, I have been searching for some clarity on non job events. Is it accurate that there is not a way to make non job events visible to the techs beyond 7 days? I have received multiple requests from techs to be able to see non job events that are scheduled more than 7 days from today, however it appears this is not a setting I can adjust. Only actual jobs can be adjusted. Is this correct?
