Recurring service feature. Right now the last time seen is not auto populated. For this feature to be useful for mass routing, having the last time seen is critical. We have packages where we see customers three times a year. Proper spacing gives us the best chance to maximize revenue.

Hi there! How are you looking to populate last date visited? Do you want this to be seen on mobile for techs or for anyone in office booking out the next recurring service? Right now last job completed date should be in the memberships section.

Last service date is needed. Seeing in the membership section is no help to the logistical challenges of mass scheduling. Seeing it in the tab for recurring service is helpful. Seeing it in Maps 2.0 would be next level and separate service titan from any competitor.
