Turn off Job notifications for certain job types

Is there a way to turn off notifications for certain job types? I know there's a way to turn off for either commercial jobs or residential jobs. We have a job type called "In office estimate" and having a job reminder for that isn't needed and is confusing for customers if they receive a notification.

Look into your "Exclusion Settings" under the gear, you can type that into the search box.

Yes but the issue is when it turns from an "in office estimate" to an actual job, the notifications are turned off and have to be turned back on and we have no way of keeping track who actually wants to receive notifications.

Hi Jenn, at the moment, there is no way to turn off job notifications per job type. We'd recommend to manually turn off job notifications when booking a job using that particularly has the job type "in office estimate".
