suggestion - Dispatch Board SMS

We used to be able to pin the SMS panel on the dispatch board so we could see in real time communication with the techs.  The instructions in service titan still say that it can be turned on in Board Appearance.  It can not.  It disappeared in the last update.  

We would like to have the ability to pin that returned.

is this where we give st suggestions or are we just talking to ourselves.  Couldn't even find SMS as a topic on the Dispatch board so I selected something else just so I could submit.
