We just starting using Estimates in Service Titan. We were previously typing them in Word and sending them out to the customers. When you create an Estimate, an Estimate # is generated but that number changes when it is sold/converted. Why are the Job #'s and Invoice #'s the same, but an Estimate # doesn't carry through the entire job?

I really like this idea. Our estimate numbers are SUPER long. Share this as an idea in the Idea section and let me know what you Idea number is so I can go vote!

It shouldn't change...are you looking at the estimate number one time and the opportunity number the next time? maybe?

Right, it doesn't change. I'm requesting that it stay the same and the Job # and Invoice # become the estimate number. So the number follows from beginning to end.
