Can the programmers please add in an status update? That is what the word status means anyway. We should be able to look at the status of an estimate and see if the job is scheduled, completed or open. This prevents the extra work hunting the account to see the status of the job.
I know the program is called Service Titan and not Sales Titan, but it would be great if there was a CRM element to the software, (even as an add-on option). It's difficult to stay on top of our Sales Consultants and their follow up on unsold estimates. We don't micromanage them, but need to make sure to full sales process is being done.
