2 Customers for 1 Location

As we know, the 'Customer' is who is being billed for the service, the 'Location' is where the service is happening, and ST only allows a Location to be linked to 1 Customer profile. However, we have multiple situations where there are 2 different parties that could be responsible for paying for the same Location. For example, we service a group of Condos that are part of a Co-Op, and depending on the type of service being done either the Co-Op or the Resident is responsible for paying, but we can only choose 1 of those Customers for the Location to be linked to. We want ALL of the work records to show on 1 Location so that all the info is stored together.

The only solution that I've been able to come up with is to have a Customer profile for each responsible party, link the Location to the Customer that is most often responsible for paying, and just moving the Location to the other Customer whenever we're doing work that they are responsible for (then moving it back after the job is Completed and the Invoice is Exported). But I wanted to reach out here to see if anyone has any other ideas, or if anyone else has a process for a similar situation they could share. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We have property management companies we work with as well as owners.  We have national accounts with one of our vendors, but we do day-to-day maintenance for specific locations.  We move them between the customers so the information stays with the location.  But I pin a note in the location of who the owner and who the property managers are so we know what is going on.  We do not have a lot, but it seems to work for us.

We have a number of our locations where there is a tenant who pays for delivery of products, but the actual property owner pays for rental equipment on site. Really kind of a nuisance.
