Request: Hide and reorganize columns on new customer and location pages

For my department certain columns, such as 'business unit'  and 'number of appointments, are not useful while others such as 'last appt', 'job type', and 'job status' are very important. Currently, these fields we do not find useful are taking up valuable real estate on our screens and forcing us to scroll to see the job status (we have multiple windows open at a time  as part of our workflow'. If it were possible for individual users to select which columns to view/hide- and especially if we could also reorganize them- the new system would be much more user friendly and fit far better into our workflow. Ideally, this would be something each user would set for themselves and would be persistent for that user until changed.

Hey there! The Product team has seen this feedback come from a couple of other users. Right now, this improvement is under consideration. You can also submit feature ideas/requests in the Ideas section of Community. It even has a search functionality to help you see if your idea has been submitted by someone else. Once you submit your idea, other users can vote on it to help it get closer to actually being a real released feature/improvement. Hope this helps!

I agree with you completely! This would help so much. Our AR team is also struggling with Invoice and Payments being separate
