Calls are no longer reclassified in the call search bar. Why is this? I understand it's recent.

Hello, First time here. Hope this is in the right place.

Today I noticed a call in the general search for calls that was still marked as inactive in spite of having created a customer profile. When I click the headset icon it does show the customer's name but not on the main screen.

Any idea why this was changes? I was once able to create a customer or reassign a customer from my "Outgoing Call profile" to an account I create for the customer. 

I like to use the call search feature to make sure I didn't  miss a call and my goal is to check them a few times a day to make sure everything is assigned. I can no longer use the call search feature in this way with the new change.
