Has anyone else noticed that they are being charged for TWO CONTRACTS after they have upgraded services? Right now we just looked at our ST account and our bank account and they have been charging us for our old and new contract simultaneously since last September. This is fraud and at this point they owe us back pay of over $15k. I need someone to let me know how to get our companies money back. This is completely absurd and outrageous.

I am going to be the Devil's Advocate here...you have been overpaying for TEN months and you haven't noticed? Likely this is not an intentional action on behalf of ST therefore would not be fraud. Reach out to your CSM and get someone to contact you. You can also contact founders@servicetitan.com to ask them to send you in the right direction if your CSM isn't being helpful.
