We have 2 business units with our company and I've discovered when going to the dashboard and removing 1 business unit from the data it does not remove the business unit % from the CSR booking ratting for example: If I remove "Plumbing" the plumbing leads are still calculated into the CSR booking rating. Our office staff is paid by performance and have to hit a certain booking % and when removing 1 business unit the calculations aren't adding up correcting giving me the wrong % so now I have to manually track this in an excel spreadsheet. Any suggestions?
