Hey, Community! How are you all currently recruiting techs? Would love to hear some things that have worked for your shops to hire top talent.
We utilize a geofence campaign at local supply houses and some competitor's shops. We also have had a great deal of success with Indeed. We are currently onboarding with the WhoHire platform to help with screening and interviewing candidates.
I am hoping someone comments with helpful info! We could also use help with finding top talent 🙂
