How do you recruit techs?

Hey, Community! How are you all currently recruiting techs? Would love to hear some things that have worked for your shops to hire top talent.

We utilize a geofence campaign at local supply houses and some competitor's shops. We also have had a great deal of success with Indeed. 
We are currently onboarding with the WhoHire platform to help with screening and interviewing candidates.
