When scheduling recurring service events from the follow up tab, it would be amazing to be able to see if the customer has a current past due balance (i.e. card hasn't been going through for the monthly draft) without clicking into the billing account. It would also be nice if we could exclude these customers from the audience on the automated SMS scheduling.

That's a great idea! I'd love the ability to add and remove columns on the follow up screen the same way you can in reporting.
