If you use software integrations to help run your business and streamline workflows such as appointment scheduling, GPS, or review management, this message is for you! 

By now, you may have heard we're sunsetting our existing V1 integrations on July 31, 2022. This means you'll need to migrate all your existing, custom, third-party, or Zapier integrations to V2 by that date, or they'll break and no longer work. This will significantly disrupt any critical business workflows that depend on these integrations.

What You Should Do Now 

Review the below instructions—please note more than one scenario may apply to you

  • Custom-built integrations:  If you have integrations built by you, an IT partner, or in-house development team, make sure you've requested access to V2 APIs. You can also get more information about V2 APIs in our developer portal.

  • Zapier integrations: If you haven’t already, please fill out this form to request access to the V2 ServiceTitan/Zapier integration. Our team will then reach out to you to help complete the process. Check out the Knowledge Base article for more information.

  • Third-party integrations: If you’ve ever requested API keys for a third-party integrator to access your ServiceTitan account and build an integration you’re currently using, please contact them to ensure they move to V2 APIs. ServiceTitan has only communicated this to known third-party integrators, as well as those in our Marketplace. If you aren't sure if the integrators you work with are aware, please contact them directly and let them know. If you or they have any questions, please reach out to integrations@servicetitan.com
