Hello,
Love the chat feature, but is there a way to do a mass delete of all of the opened chats on the booking screen. We also use the automated text message feature for our members coming up for service, so we have been missing the new clients that send us messages. ( i hope this makes sense lol)

Hi @j_lino -- I have not seen the option to mass delete customer chats. What you can do is reach out to your CSM and request for a data task to have this completed, depending on the amount you have. Otherwise, each chat will have to be closed individually.

I really hope they are going to make this a feature available to those of us in the field vs having to reach out each time it is required.

Do you know if this is something that's being worked on? We're in the same boat too. We have automated confirmation messages, dispatch notifications, etc. for quite a few technicians. It's easy to lose track of messages that really need a response because of the volume showing in chat...
