RazorSync integration

I am currently trying to gain access to integration between RazorSync to Service Titan. I need to get my data transported over but when I called for assistance they explained it is not on the list of data bases they can transport over from.

We are looking to transfer customer contact information and past history data from the Dispatch Software RazorSync.

And we would like to transfer it into our service titan data base.
