Deleting Inventory Templates

Hi guys,

I'm curious if it is possible to delete old inventory templates, instead of simply making them inactive.

Basically nothing in ST can be "deleted". Everything is just inactivated. Because there are records somewhere in the database that reference those records you want to "delete" somewhere. So even though it has no current impact in the UI, it does in the database.

I don't believe that that is an option unless you want to ask your CSM to have it done for you.  Not sure why you would want to do that though.  If nothing else, the deactivated template can give you a hint as to why you made some of the inventory decisions you made in the past.

The deactivated templates contain no items and were used as a test when the initial set up was done. I think I'm just going to edit them as new templates to clear them.
