Enhancement request: Have inventory overview with valuation for each warehouse

The new Inventory overview is great.  I see a need for the overview screen for each warehouse to allow warehouse managers to easily see how much inventory lives in a warehouse.  especially multi-location companies that might have multiple warehouse managers in charge of different locations.

ddmcrystal, assuming that you have set up your vans/trucks as inventory locations, (settings --> inventory --> trucks and warehouses --> trucks), then when you look at the display of locations in the inventory summary area, you should see each truck/van on the list.  Selecting one of them displays the items in the truck or van.

I think you already have much of what you are looking for, Go_Time_Gary.  When you goto the inventory screen, right below the overview/items selection there is a selection for inventory locations.  When you select this, you get a display of all of the locations defined on your system.  Click on the location in which you have an interest and you will see a display of the items in that location.  Click on any item and you will see the transactions behind it.  What this lacks is a display of items that were, but no longer are, in the warehouse and an easy way to see the serial numbers that are in inventory, so these things would be nice to have, but the basic information by warehouse is there.

It's there for the warehouse locations but it is not there for the inventory in our vans/trucks.
