Error Message when closing out job

Hello! Anyone getting this message? Help!!

Action cancelled Please complete the serialization of the items on the invoice for which serial number is missing.

We're experiencing the same issue. For some reason the quantity is set to 0. Confirm that your quantity is "1". Good Luck

You need to go to the invoice and look for the item with the red edit pencil then put in the correct serial number for that item, then you should be able to close out the invoice
