The Inventory app is giving the "Permission Required" message. This user has been given access in the settings for the role to access the inventory app however is still receiving this meesage. We set the start date out by a few months while we get the back end built for Inventory. Did not think this would affect it. Any advice?

We were able to resolve the issue. Thank you for the help. Turned out we forgot to save the setting in inventory itself.

I would try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, or making sure the app is updated at the least. The Inventory app can be accessed even without inventory being "on", it just limits it to being able to receive PO's, there are no pick lists or counts available.
