Can you make it possible to search for a customer by customer number?

So this is a possibility in ServiceTitan, but you have to be in a customer record to do it.  Its not visible anywhere on the application, but it is there and it is on most reports.  Both Customer and Locations have ID's.   We would like this to be added as standard/searchable fields in ServiceTitan.  Its not super helpful for the CSR's but it is very useful for accounting.

Now that's a great idea. I'll try it. Thank you!

Searching by phone number might be the best workaround at the moment.

Maybe try searching something that is only unique to that customer? You should post this in the Ideas section, when I see it there I will be sure to like it!

I don't know if customer numbers are in ServiceTitan. They are in Quickbooks accounts payable. I'm hoping there is an interface.

Are you referring to Job or Project ID's? That is how we do a lot of searching here. I didn't even know customers had numbers, where can you find the customer number?
