Before the latest update to ST, you could click on the blue dot/line indicating that the technician has arrived on site, and it would automatically open up the job page. Now once it is clicked, it brings up a job summary on the right side of the screen and you have to click "Go to job record" to access the job page. A slight inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless. It would be great to get this feature back for ease of use when navigating multiple jobs.

Yes I really miss this feature. Either way it adds a lot of clicks. Clicking in the flyout or right clicking and going straight there is an extra click. I loved the blue line clicking into the job feature.

Agreed! I don't understand why that would be taken away??? I click enough throughout the day lol!
