Exporting an invoice into QuickBooks that has a different ship to or service location

I have a lot of property management companies we do work for and I always have invoices that get exported over for different locations but that address doesn't carry over into QB just the name of the company. How do I get the name of the company AND the different addresses to go over

We only have 1 company file in QB and we do use multiple business units in ST. (I hope that makes sense)
