Non-Job appointments

Is there a way to add non-job appointments to the projects page such as scheduled inspections without booking it as a job with a managed tech?

Hi there! There is no way around this- you must book a job with an active technician on it.

Hi, we use the Event feature. Most of our guys who don't bill for their services use that feature. We use it on the Dispatch board.

Thanks for the reply, does the event feature show up on the project's page or get linked to a customer location? or it can only be seen on the dispatch board?

For us, it is only seen on the Dispatch Board. We use it all day long for notes, reminders, misc info to share.
