Campaigns should allow Email, SMS, and Direct Mail to be combined into a single campaign for the same audience. For instance, if I wanted to email the customer on day 1, follow up with SMS on Day 3, email again on Day 5, then Direct Mail on Day 15, I would have to set up 3 different campaigns. Why can't this be one campaign with drill down reporting on the type of media the customer converted on?

Hi, I think this is a really good idea! I have talked with a few people and it seems something similar to this is in the works. I think this would be a really good idea in terms of organization.
