what is booking provider tags in the integration options of settings? i am unable to find any information regarding this within help, support or community.

This has to do with the Bookings API. In order to use the Bookings API endpoints, developers will need to have Booking Provider Tags configured. More information about this can be found in the ServiceTitan Developer Portal under API Resources here.
