Has any company done "friends and family" referral through ST? How do you set it up/track it? We've offered a referral discount before but it was all paper. It seems ST offers a email template to tell customers about referral benefits but I would love to know how to set it up and how it's handled on accounts.

@sd02 Gotcha, you could create a Campaign specifically for customer referral, and tags can work too!

hi @sd02 -- if I'm understanding correctly, you want to track referrals internally so you can give discounts to the person who referred on future visits? Are these for both employees and customers who refer someone to you?

@Sheena_Palacios Geared more towards existing customers who refer someone new to our company.
