We just started using Marketing Pro for our customer reviews and have linked to google-- previously we used review buzz and the techs could track which customer received a review request and the result how many stars the got, this way they could track their own reviews if they wanted to compare to their spiff.
How does everyone share this info with the techs through marketing pro.
Also hopefully reports and exporting this data will be added to the marketing pro review feature ๐

Hello, we do have something remotely similar where techs can see their reviews in mobile: https://help.servicetitan.com/how-to/rm-request-review-mobile
I believe technician scorecards would also have the information available needed so techs could compare.
