Authorization for auto-renewal billing

We are moving to auto-renewal and billing of memberships. Would anyone be willing to share how they collect contract/authorization signatures for this both from the office and in the field? I'm thinking of using a pdf form that allows for e-signature, but I'm hesitant to use third party software because we've seen ST updates affect compatibility with the pdf forms we upload to ST. TIA!

Hi @Nancy. We upload the membership contracts into Service Titan as a form for the techs to have signed by the customer in the field. From the office, we send the contracts over DocuSign for e-signatures. I would look into the "PDF Forms" online course through Service Titan academy.
