I'm having trouble setting up recurring services correctly for memberships being sold and services don't begin until Spring 2022. Is anyone else experiencing this and how did you correct it?

Yes, We had that turns out when we set it up it was done incorrectly. Go into your membership types and make sure the correct time for the recurring visit is correct then double check to make sure its triggered by the correct date, in some cases you may have to mark the use the 1st trip to start it correctly.

When you say mark the 1st trip is that because it automatically is showing the 1st service date as the the start date? I am trying to get the first visit to populate 6mths out from the start date. I can't seem to configure it in a way to do so.. I guess if I increased the visit by 1 and marked 1st visit complete then maybe it would generate it correctly.
