Membership Invoicing

We have several variants to our contracts - we pre-bill all our contracts, with the exception of some residential customers, I can't locate how were are supposed to do this, everything is invoiced at time of service, that doesn't work for us.

We have some contracts that are invoiced 3 times per year, no option for that either.

Other software companies have the option to pick month(s) you want to invoice and than another option of when your maintenances can be completed.

What is the best way of upfront invoicing customers (for renewals), also for multiple time invoices ie; quarterly, semi-annual invoicing etc..

When you set up your memberships, you set up how you want to bill it.  You can set it to multiple options that show up as a drop down choice for your techs.  You can do up front, monthly, annually, and several other options.

Go to your settings / Memberships / select the membership, then click the chevron next to "BASICS".  One of the options that will drop down is "Duration & Billing"  You have to select "Fixed" to have the option for Up Front.  Save, then go to BILLING, "Create Prices" and finish setting it up there.

You can PM me if you have any other questions
