Annual Autopayment Notification: New Filters Needed - "Duration & Billing" and "Next Billing Date"

Florida (and 12 other states) require a notification be sent to customers before processing their annual membership autopayment. The typical requirement is 30-60 days before the autopayment. Marketing Pro could be used to generate this email notification and allow businesses to comply with the law if two filters were added to the Memberships section of the audience builder: "Duration & Billing" and "Next Billing Date"

I have tried every other possible combination of filters, but nothing targets the correct audience. We simply need these two filters. These are the filter settings that would create an automated email campaign to notify customers of their upcoming annual autopayment:

"Duration & Billing" = Ongoing - Annual

"Next Billing Date" = Dynamic, between 30 and 60 days in the future
