I am trying to figure out how to send a link to the customer to add a payment to a membership. Both initially and a way to update an expired or closed account payment method. Does anyone know if this is a possibility?
Hi @jpaterson -- you can add the online payment link to your email statements and this will allow your customers can pay their invoice online. Go to the settings toggle>Search Invoicing>Email>then click on the "Statement" tab> from there you can add "Online payment link"
